Observed employees entering kitchen, switching tasks, picking up items off floor then putting on gloves before washing hands. COS: Hands were washed. CA: Ensure employees are aware of proper handwashing procedures and when to wash.

Observed items in RIC and WIC uncovered. CA: Ensure all food items are stored covered at all times.

Observed food contact surfaces with food debris on prep surfaces. CA: Clean areas thoroughly and routinely.

Observed employees working with food items while wearing rubber bracelets and a watch. CA: Ensure employees remove all jewelry before working with food. Only a plain band can be worn.
