Observed drink nozzles on drink station with black build-up. COS: Station was shutdown, nozzles removed to soak, and machine wiped down. CA: Ensure that nozzles and machine is wiped down thoroughly and routinely.
11D - thermometers provided and accurate

Observed cold holding units without thermometers. CA: Add thermometers.
