observed foods left over from yesterday on rolling cart in wic at 48-51 degrees. mostly veggies, indicating improper cooling. all foods must be cooled from 135 to 70 degrees in 2 hours and from 70 to 41 in 4 more hours. must use an ice bath. do not put hot food in wic. COS discarded
