Observed employee drinks stored on the top of the shelf with condiments and above facility foods. COS, drinks were moved to a designated area.

Observed 3 boxes of salt and a jug of syrup in the designated area for employee drinks. COS, Staff moved the salt and the jug of syrup. The area must be used or designated for one purpose- you may not store facility goods with employee drinks.
