Observed pink and black build up in ice machine. Food contact surfaces should be cleaned frequently to prevent accumulation.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Observed food debris build up behind cooking equipment and under racks for single use items throughout kitchen area. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment should be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
