Observed no hand drying provisions at hand wash sink in main kitchen. Each hand wash sink should be provided with a hand drying provision. PIC added paper towels during inspection.

Observed multiple utensils stored in hand wash sink in front service area. Hand wash sinks should be used for hand washing only. PIC removed items from hand washing sink during inspection.

Observed pink build up on baffle of ice machine. Food-contact surfaces should be cleaned frequently to minimize accumulation.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed multiple food items in containers in the reach-in cooler without date label. Food items removed from its original packaging should be date marked. All food items date marked during the inspection.
