Observed pan of raw seafood and raw vegetables stored uncovered on dry storage shelf, specifically on top of a box of napkins. Observed raw chicken stored above and next to ready-to-eat sauce in reach-in cooler. Observed unwashed vegetables stored next to and above washed and prepared vegetables in walk-in cooler. Storage order corrected by employee during inspection.

Observed cooked chicken cooling on counter for over 2.5 hours and measuring at 105F. Chicken discarded by employee during inspection.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used

Observed multiple single-serve plastic bowls being used as scoops in dry bulk containers. Single-service and single-use articles may not be reused. Bowls discarded by employee during inspection.

Observed employee bag and drink stored on dry storage shelf next to and above consumer food and single serve items. Employee items shall be separated to prevent contamination. Employee items relocated during inspection.
