Observed multiple stacks of single use food trays stored with food surface exposed. Items inverted during inspection.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(m) - maintenance tools, storage (c)
Observed broom leaning against tray of cooling chicken on prep sink in main kitchen. Maintenance tools such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and similar items shall be stored so they do not contaminate food. Broom relocated during inspection.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Observed closed employee beverages stored on prep top surface and above clean dishes in sink area. Employee items shall be stored in a designated area as to not contaminate consumer food. Employee items relocated during inspection.
