Observed multiple containers stored uncovered in reach-in cooler under prep top cooler, including prepared vegetables and raw chicken. Containers shall all be covered to prevent contamination. Containers covered during inspection.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled

Observed multiple metal pans wet stacked during inspection. Equipment shall be allowed to air dry before use. Pans separated during inspection.
