Observed black mold-like buildup on side walls and motor/ice tray of ice machine. Cleaning frequency shall be often enough to prevent buildup.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(q) - food storage (c)
Observed multiple boxes of juice stored on the floor just outside main service area. Food shall be stored 6in. off the floor to prevent contamination. Boxes relocated to dry storage area during inspection.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
