Observed multiple containers of prepared food stored uncovered. Food shall be covered to prevent contamination. Lids and wrappers added to containers during inspection.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed food build up on blade of can opener. Observed black mold-like build-up on soda nozzle in bar area. Can opener and soda nozzle sanitized during inspection. Food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned frequently to minimize accumulation.

Observed multiple washed containers with partial labels not removed and placed inside other containers. Labels shall be fully removed so containers are fully sanitized. Labels removed and containers rewashed and sanitized during inspection.

Observed back door of main kitchen open during inspection. The outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected from pests by having a solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. Door closed during inspection.

Observed multiple metal and plastic containers wet stacked in main kitchen. Equipment shall be allowed to air dry before stacking. Containers separated during inspection.
