CA: PIC DISCARDED TCS FOOD ITEMS HOLDING ABOVE 41F AND CALLED FOR MAINTENANCE ON PREP TOP. PIC WILL HOLD ITEMS ON 4 HOUR TPHC UNTIL COOLER IS WORKING PROPERLY.
