Entrance door to mobile unit being left open allowing flies to enter the mobile unit kitchen area. To prevent the entry of insects into the mobile unit keep door closed. Can install a screen door to allow for ventilation on the unit and a screen door will prevent entry of insects. Per person in charge screen door got broken and will get replaced.
