Observed soiled reach-in cooler gaskets, inside of cold holding units with accumulation of food debris. Clean more frequently.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Large accumulation of dust on cables/monitors above counter/prep table. Accumulation of old food debris/ grease under prepping line, fryers, flooring drains. Keep facilities clean to prevent attraction of pests.
