Observed raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit/during preparation. OBSERVED A TRAY IN REACH IN COOLER CONTAINING RAW FISH, RAW BEEF, AND RAW CHICKEN. TRAY WAS STORED ABOVE READY TO EAT FOOD: CHEESE AND COOKED PASTA.
