Observed ice scoop stored on top of soiled ice machine between uses. Ice scoop has to be stored in a clean container/bag between uses to prevent cross contamination. COS: PIC removed ice scoop. Cleaned and properly stored ice scoop.

Observed soiled nonfood contact surface of box fan in kitchen, encrusted rolling cart, and plastic food storage containers (bread). The wooden doors in dry storage area have to be painted/sealed. Will have everything cleaned within two days and doors painted/sealed by next inspection date.
