13-190(a): The equipment shall be operating continuously to maintain the minimum turnover rate. Observed one pump off. CPO stated that the facility alternates running pumps. CPO informed that both pumps must be operating continuously. Corrected on site.
13-205(b)(1): The pool shall maintain a minimum turnover of once every 6 hours. For a pool of 145,000 gallons, the minimum required turnover rate is 402 gpm. CPO corrected on site by turning on pump. Corrected turnover rate is 410 gpm.
13-189(c)(4): The pool water shall be tested for chlorine and pH 2x/daily. Observed empty logs.
13-201(c)(3): Lavatory with tempered water (70-104F) shall be provided. Observed that neither men's nor women's restroom had hot water. No imminent health hazard present in restrooms.

13-202(h): Telephone number of the pool operator, manager, and Health department shall be posted at the telephone. None of these numbers were posted by the emergency phone.
13-189(c)(1): A free chlorine residual of 3-10ppm must be maintained at all times. Observed: 0.14ppm.
13-197(a): Water in each pool shall be continuously chemically treated with approved equipment. Chlorinator is not working efficiently.
13-202(m): Safety rules' lettering shall be a minimum of 3/4 inches high unless stated otherwise. "NO SOLO BATHING" and "CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT" needs to be 2 inches high.

13-1899c)(6): at all times, when a pool is in use, the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of the pool at the deepest point are clearly visible from the deck. After adjustments were made to the water chemicals (adding shock and acid for fix pH and chlorine) the water was cloudy to the point where the main drains were no longer visible.
13-189(c)(1) A free chlorine residual of 3-10ppm must be maintained at all times. Chlorine was reading at 1.23ppm and 1.37ppm before adjustments were made. After adjustments were made (adding shock) the reading were 0.94ppm and 0.77ppm.
13-189(c)(1) The pool shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with pH levels between 7.2-7.8ppm. Before adjustments were made the pH read at 8.0 and 7.9. after adjustments were made the pH read at 7.9.
13-190(a): the equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty four hour basis to obtain the minimum required four turnovers per day. The GPM was recorded at 280 on the flow meter and should be reading at 388 according to the calculations of the pool.
