Chorine must be maintained between 3.0 & 10.0 ppm. The 1st reading was 0.84 and the 2nd reading was 9.24 ppm.

An adequate turnover rate would have a flowmeter reading of 79 at the minimum. I observed 40 gpm, which isn't sufficient.

The log sheet was very inconsistent with either 1 reading a day or no readings for an entire day.

Skimmers were not circulating or maintained initially, but this was corrected after the CPO arrived.

13-190(a)- Observed pool turnover rate time measuring at 7 hours. CA: The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four (4) turnovers per day, or one turnover every six (6) hours (pools).

13-202(i)- Observed pool facility without a filled out and complete Emergency action plan (EAP). CA: Each pool facility shall have in place a departmentally approved EAP. The EAP shall include a "Chemical emergency plan", an "emergency crisis plan", an "emergency evacuation plan", a "water rescue and injury emergency plan", a "drill procedures for emergency situations", and other emergency plans and safety programs.
