13-190(a)The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four(24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of one turnover every six hours.

Observed flowmeter at 55 GPM, the minimum flowrate shall be 83GPM.

13-189(c)(2) Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm.

Observed cyanuric acid levels at 113. Discussed with CPO, that pool shall be drained.

The facility needs to test chemicals, inspect the pool, and document these results and any actions such as adjusting the chemicals, repair, maintenance or closing the pool, two times a day.
