13-190(a): Observed calculate turnover rate to be at 15.7 hours. (90,000 gallons divided by 95gpm then divide that number by 60min) CA: The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four (4) turnovers per day, or one turnover every six (6) hours (pools).

13-202(g)- Observed phone inoperable during time of inspection. CA: An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone, with direct 911 access or capability installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure (NO CELLPHONES!). Manager stated that the phone company will be coming to fix the phone 6/27/25.

13-189(c)(2)- Observed cyanuric acid level at 117ppm. CA: Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm. Discussed with CPO and manager that the pool must be drained and then refilled with fresh water. Use an up to date testing kit to ensure that the cyanuric acid levels are below 100ppm. A good concentration level to aim for is between 20-50ppm.

13-189(c)(2): Observed on site test kits for pool chemistry expired from 2017 and 2018. CA: An N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine (D.P.D.) test kit, or other approved method by the department to measure the free chlorine residual shall be provided and used.

13-188(h)(3) The deck shall be unobstructed in all directions and shall be constructed at the same elevation as the outside edge of the coping. Repair deck near ladder and surrounding area.

511-3-5-.19(2)(e ) - (e) Soap dispensers for providing either liquid or powdered soap shall be provided at each lavatory. The dispenser shall be of all metal or plastic. No glass shall be permitted in these units. 13-201(k) Provide baby changing station. A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided.

511-3-5-.18(17) - (17) A minimum of one rinse shower shall be provided on the pool deck of all public pools and spas. Water used for rinse showers may be at ambient temperature.

Observed no baby changing station in restrooms.
