Observed bottles of sauces and seasonings stored on the drainboard of the 3 compartment sink.
COS employee moved items storage rack.
Food must be stored: -In a clean, dry location; -Where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and -At least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor.

Observed single service beverage cup lids stored directly next to the bar hand sink.
COS items were moved.
