Observed food contact surfaces (pans), stored as clean, with visible food debris on the interior.
COS pans removed from storage rack.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(k) - controlling pests (pf, c)
Observed live flies near prep top cooler and trash can near 3 compartment sink.
PIC closed the lid on the prep top cooler. Facility needs to ensure all food remains covered when not in use and contact pest control to assist with flies.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed leak from pipe underneath the front hand washing sink.
PIC stated maintenance has been notified.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed employee food items stored above food used for food service.
COS food was relocated.
