Observed 2 sponges and 1 steel wool stored in basin of only hand sink. COS: items removed from hand sink CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Observed boxes of single use straws, cups, lids, and bottles stored directly on floor. COS: boxes placed off floor CA: cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored:
(i) In a clean, dry location;
(ii) Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and
