Observed knife stored in between prep top cooler and prep table. During pauses in food preparation, utensils shall be stored on a clean portion of the food preparation table or cooking equipment only if the in-use utensil and the food-contact surface of the food preparation table or cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized at a frequency. COS knife was removed.

Observed employee preparing food without adequate hair restraint. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch.

Observed mold like growth on sausages inside prep cooler. COS items were discarded

Observed no hand washing reminder sign at hand sink. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees.

Facility does not have its most current food service permit displayed.

Observed the handle of a scoop, used for brown sugar, directly touching food contents. Handles need to be stored upright if stored inside food containers.

Observed single service spoon being stored inside a container of sour cream. COS spoon was discarded.

Single-service and single-use articles may not be reused.
