Corrected onsite: Dead roach was placed in trash can by employee. Employee washed hands after pest removal.

Observed coleslaw (62F) and 1% milk (47) not holding a TCS temperature of 41F or below. COS- Coleslaw was discarded and milk was moved to walk in cooler to chill to 41F. Advised PIC to place tray with coleslaw in walk in cooler between meal service and close milkbox between meal service to maintain a TCS temperature of 41F or below.
