13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of one turnover every four (4) hours (pools with diving board or water feature). Observed flowrate at 1000gpm. Minimum required flowrate is 1572 gpm.

13-188(d)(1): Depth markers must be at least 4 inches high with indication in feet and inches. Observation: the "ft" and "in" is observed to be less than 4 inches.

13-188(d)(2): At the shallow portions of the pool or where depths are 5"(five feet) or less shall have permanent "No Diving" in minimum two inch (2") black letters with white background. -Observed "No Diving" black letters less than two inches.

13-189(a)(5):All pools must be kept free of sediment, dirt, or debris by frequent brushing/vacuuming. Observed staining throughout the pool especially in the deeper end.

13-201(c)(3): Hot water with a termperature of 70-104 degrees shall be provided to each 100 men or women. Observation: Both mens & womens sinks have no hot water.

13-201(c)(4): A shower with hot water range of 70-104 degrees shall be provided. Observation: No hot water in any showers.

3-189(a)(5): All pools must be kept free of sediment, dirt, or debris by frequent brushing/vacuuming. Observation: There is visible staining throughout-- mainly in the deeper end.

13-189(c)(1): Chlorine Shall be maintained at a concentration no less than 1.5 ppm. Observation: chlorine measured at 0.42 ppm.

13-189(c)(1): Pool shall be maintained with a pH of 7.2-7.8. Observation: pH was 6.8.

13-201(j): An adequately sized and covered and lined trash receptacle shall be provided in each men and women bathroom. Observation: No trash lids observed in both bathrooms.
