13-190(a) - equipment should operate 24 hours a day such that pool water experiences a complete turnover at a minimum every 6 hours observed: turnover rate is 110 gallons per minute, and should be 130 gallons per minute to achieve minimum required turnover. Recommended to CPO to backwash and clean sand filters to bring flow up, or service pump.

13-201(j): an adequate sized covered and lined trash receptacle shall be provided; I observed no trash receptacle, then the CPO brought a lined trash receptacle

13-202(i): a written copy of the emergency action plan (EAP) shall be located to allow for immediate access in case of an emergency and include all emergency plan section; I observed "water rescue and injury"as well as "dill procedures for emergency situations"

13-202(g): an operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone with direct 911 access or capability; I observed the emergency phone not working

13-189(c)(1): the pool shall be maintained with a pH level between 7.2-7.8; I observed a 7.1

13-202(m): rules must contain at a minimum the 12 statements in the pool code on page 42; I observed several missing and left an example sheet of the appropriate sign
