13-202(l) - Float line must be in position between depths of less than and greater than 5 ft at all times observed: pool float line was removed by community members - corrected on site by CPO

13-202(g)- Phone must be operable. Address discrepancy. Emergency operator has the pool address of 3131 Buford Hwy NE but the address on file is 3147 Buford Hwy NE which the address of the condo itself.

13-189(c)(1)The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3 ppm. Chlorine was at 0.25ppm

13-189(c)(2) Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm. Cyanuric acid was tested at 115ppm.

13-184(e)(5) Hand rails must be sturdy not too shaky, one of the hand rails was a bit shaky.

13-190(a): for this 40,000 gallon pool the flow meter shall read 111 gpm to achieve the required 6 hr turnover, I observed 80 gpm
