13-190(a) Observed turnover rate as 100, but the minimum should be 128 gpm for a 46,000 gal pool.

13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of one turnover every six hours. Observed turnover rate as 70, but the minimum is 90.

13-201(k) A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each men's and women's section of the bathhouse. Observed no diaper changing stations.

13-202(c): Pool operator shall maintain and make available for inspection upon request a daily record of operating information, along with data on disinfectant levels, pH, maintenance procedures as well as other relevant data. Observed that daily pool records log could not be located during inspection.

13-201(k): A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each men's and women's restrooms. Observed that diaper changing stations were not provided in restrooms.

13-187(c): Operating permit shall be framed and displayed in a conspicuous place as close to entrance as possible such that it is easily readable by the public at all times. Observed that operating permit was not posted in pool area during inspection.
