13-202(m): Safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and shall be posted conspicuously posted in the pool area. The lettering shall be a minimum of 3/4" except as otherwise noted. Rules must contain at a minimum the twelve statements in the pool code. Observed that pool rules signage was not in clearview and missing certain required statements such as "Bathers shall wear bathing attire."

13-202(i): Each pool facility shall have in place a departmentally approved EAP. A written copy of the EAP shall be located to allow for immediate access in case of an emergency. The EAP shall include a "chemical emergency evacuation plan, emergency crisis plan, a water rescue and injury emergency plan, a drill procedure for emergency situations" and other emergency plans and safety programs. Observed that facility did not have access to a completed EAP.
