13-201(j): A covered and lined receptacle shall be provided in each womens and mens bathroom. Observed trash receptacle in both bathrooms without cover.

13-202(i): Pool shall have a departmentally approved EAP. Observed EAP missing CDC contamination procedures.

13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of turnovers for the pool facility. observed: Since the pool has features, the flowrate required for this pool is 125 gallons per minimum to achieve 4-hour turnover. Observed flowrate was 110 gallons per minute.

13-190- all skimmers and circulation components shall be maintained and operational observed: 1 skimmer was not operational, with dirt and debris clogging the skimmer- imminent health hazard

13-202(m): Signs should have minimum 12 statements. observed: Pool did not have posted peak occupancy number and no posted hours of operation.

13-201(j) - Adequately-sized, covered, and lined trash receptacles must be present in men's and women's bathrooms. Bathrooms must be stocked with adequate toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. observed: men's bathroom had no trash receptacle and no paper towels. Women's bathroom had uncovered trash receptacles. 13-184(e)(5) - sanitary facilities must be kept in clean and sanitary fashion observed: sanitary facilities were uncleaned and unmaintained upon inspection -imminent health hazard-

13-187(c): a copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the operating permit, I observed that the CPO doing the inspection was not the same as the CPO displayed near the pool. He had the certification but did not show me until the end and it was not displayed

13-188(a): pool surfaces shall have no cracks; the water line tile had cracks and pieces missing

13-202(i): a written copy of the Emergency action plan shall be located to allow for immediate access in case of an emergency, EPA was not available until the inspection was over, it was also not filled out
