13-201(k): At all times, an adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels shall be provided and accessible to users. Observed men's restroom hand sinks did not have soap available.

13-202(a)(2): Entry into pool area shall be at shallow end of pool through a self closing, self latching door or gate. Observed that main gate entrance into the pool area could not completely self close or self latch.
13-202(g): An operable telephone with direct 911 access installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times. Observed emergency phone was not operable.
13-202(d): Pool shall be provided with Sheppard's hook attached to a non telescopic pole. Additional sets of equipment are required for pool longer than 50'. Observed that the second Sheppard's hook for pool was not operational.

13-190(a): All circulation components shall function and be maintained in a clean condition. Observed skimmers filled with leaves from storm and one skimmer missing a cover.
