13-189(c)(1): The free-chlorine residual shall be maintained between 3-10 ppm at all times. Observed free-chlorine at 1.6 ppm. It was corrected to 3.19ppm.

13-193(a): Adequately sized backwash sight glass on backwash line. Observed that there was no sight glass on the main backwash line.

13-201(k): At all times, an adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels shall be provided and accessible to users. Observed men's restroom hand sinks did not have soap available.

13-202(a)(1): Barrier shall not have any openings wherein a sphere 4" in diameter can pass through. Observed a gap in fencing near splash pad.

13-202(a)(2): Entry into pool area shall be at shallow end of pool through a self closing, self latching door or gate. Observed that main gate entrance into the pool area could not completely self close or self latch.

13-202(g): An operable telephone with direct 911 access installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times. Observed emergency phone was not operable.

13-202(d): Pool shall be provided with Sheppard's hook attached to a non telescopic pole. Additional sets of equipment are required for pool longer than 50'. Observed that the second Sheppard's hook for pool was not operational.

13-184(e)(5): Unsecured handrails considered an imminent health hazard. Observed that ladder into pool next to slide and diving board unsecured.

13-201(k): At all times, an adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels shall be provided and accessible to users. Observed men's restroom hand sinks did not have soap available.

13-193(a) : adequately sized in -line backwash sight glass on backwash line. observed: NO sight glass was observed on the main backwash line.

13-202(g): An operable telephone with direct 911 access installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times. Observed phone could connect, but no audio could be received. Critical violation.

13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated to maintain the minimum required 4 turnovers/day. For a pool of 150,000 g, the minimum required flow rate is 417 gpm. Observed bobber at the bottom of meter.

13-190(a): All circulation components shall function and be maintained in a clean condition. Observed skimmers filled with leaves from storm and one skimmer missing a cover.

13-201(j): An adequately sized, covered and lined trash receptacle shall be provided in each men's and women's restroom. Observed restroom receptacles were unlined.

13-202(i): Each pool shall have a departmentally approved EAP which shall include the following sections: "Chemical Emergency Evacuation Plan", "Emergency Crisis Plan", "Water Rescue and Injury Emergency Plan", "Drill Procedures for Emergency Situations" and other sections as needed. Observed EAP missing required sections.
