Observation: Based on 180,000 gallons, their flow meter should be reading a minimum 750 gpm. Their flow meter is observed at 450 gpm.

Turnover rate reads as 120, but minimum should be 500. Turnover rate from both flowmeters should be combined

13-191(a): All valves and piping in equipment room shall be clearly labeled. Observed arrows but missing specific labeling.

13-184(e)(5): Imminent health hazard if bathrooms are not in sanitary condition. Observed clogged toilet in men's bathroom. Corrected on site.

13-201(c)(3): Lavatory with tempered range of 70 - 104 degrees F. Observed sinks without hot water. Corrected on site.

13-197(k): Safe, secure storage of chemicals. Observed chemicals on the floor of the pump room. Advised to move to pallet/shelf.
