13-198(b): Ventilation of fresh make-up air must be provided for all equipment rooms by an exhaust fan with vents located max 4" above the floor. Observed no fan and no vents for ventilation; CPO said windows open for ventilation. CPO was informed to add fan.

13-189(a)(5): All of pool shall be kept free from sediment and debris from frequent brushing/vacuuming. Observed sediment and build-up around steps and on part of the pool surface. CPO informed to clean regularly.

13-190(a)(7) - An adequately-sized flowmeter shall be installed on return line and operational observation: Flowmeter bobber was stuck at bottom of flowmeter. Unable to observe flow. Recommended to replace; must be replaced by next inspection.

13-189(a)(5) - Pools must be kept free of sediment, dirt, debris, or scum observed: the pool had dirt on surface & some staining on pool surface. Dirt should be vacuumed.

13-198(a)- Pump rooms must have adequate ventilation such that clean air exchanges every three minutes via exhaust fan observed: There is no ventilation in the pump room, spoke to HOA president about installing exhaust fan in pump room

13-188(h)(9) - pool facility must have a minimum of 1 covered & lined trash receptacles on site at all times. observed: pool facility trash receptacle was not kept on pool deck. corrected on site

13-189(a)(5) - Pools must be kept free of sediment, dirt, debris, or scum observed: the pool had debris & dirt on surface; should be cleaned

13-189(b) Ventilation and circulation of fresh make-up air must be available in equipment room observed: The equipment room has no ventilation to outside, nor any fans for air circulation within the equipment room.

13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four hour basis to obtain the minimum of one turnover every six hours. Flowmeter not reading accurately.

13-190(a)(6): vacuum lines are prohibited in DeKalb. Must be cut/capped in equipment room and sealed in the pool; I observed a vacuum line in the pump room it was not cut or capped

13-189(c)(2): cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 100ppm; I observed 113 ppm

13-189(c)(1): pool shall maintain a pH level between 7.2-7.8 at all times; I observed a 7.1

13-189(c)(2): cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 100ppm; I observed 102ppm and retested and observed a 110ppm
