13-202(d) - Pool shall have ring buoy with attached throwing rope observed: ring buoy had throwing rope unattached. Imminent health hazards corrected on site; CPO retied rope onto buoy.

13-190(a) Pools must complete a complete turnover of water every six hours. observed: The flow rate of the pool was 120 gallons per minute (gpm); flow rate should be at least 138 gpm to achieve required six-hour turnover for the facility. Spoke to the CPO about running pump at highest speed to achieve higher flowrate.

Pool peck's patio seating area had elevated and uneven surface. Recommended to CPO to correct as soon as possible to avoid tripping hazards.

13-189(c)(1)- Free chlorine levels should be at a concentration between 3-10 ppm observed: chlorine levels were between 2.42-2.52 ppm during test and retest. Chlorinator had been turned off for the morning, and CPO was informed that chlorinator must be on at all times.

13-190(a) Pools must complete a complete turnover of water every six hours. observed: The flow rate of the pool was 70 gallons per minute (gpm), when flow rate should be at least 138 gpm to achieve required six-hour turnover for the facility. Spoke to the CPO about turning up pump speed or replacing pump.

13-190(a) &13-189(c)(4) Cyanuric acid levels should not exceed 100 ppm and should be tested once a week. observed: Cyanuric acid concentrations were 87 ppm; given high cyanuric acid levels at permitting, it is reasonably anticipated that levels would exceed 100 ppm after pool opens. Recommended to CPO to drain pool to reduce cyanuric acid levels.

I observed 6 statements missing; and statements being the wrong font size and the bather load being the wrong number, gave the property manager a copy of the correct version marking the statements they did not have

13-201(k): a minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each the men and women's section of the bathhouse; I observed no baby changing station in either bathhouse
