13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute. Observed flow meter of adequate size, but not functional. Minimum flow meter reading to reach required turnover is 103gpm.
13-189(c)(2): Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm. Observed a CYA level of 131ppm.
13-202(m): Minimum 12 required safety rules must be posted and easily readable. Observed "Warning, no lifeguard on duty" sign in letters smaller than 4 inches.
13-201(k): An adequate supply of liquid soap shall be provided in dressing showers for bathers at all times. Observed no liquid soap in dressing shower.
13-198(b): Ventilation of fresh makeup air must be provided for all equipment rooms. The enclosure must be ventilated with outside air through an exhaust fan with vents located a maximum of 4 inches above floor level equipped with automatic louvers to achieve cross flow ventilation at the top of the enclosure for admitting fresh air. Observed exhaust fan not functional and missing vent 4 inches off the ground for cross ventilation.
13-201(i): Pool facility shall have in place a departmentally approved Emergency Action Plan. Observed incomplete EAP, specifically missing emergency crisis plan, and contamination procedures. Provided CPO with template.

13-190(a): Equipment shall operate to where there is 4 turnovers per 24 hours. Observation: This pool has a feature (turnover rate is 4 hours because of fountain feature). Flow meter reading was 80gpm. Turnover should be 142 gpm.
13-201(j): An adequately sized, covered and lined trash can shall be provided. Observation: Trash can is lined but has not lid.

13-202(m): Safety rules must contain at a minimum the twelve statements in the pool code. Observed that pool rules was missing several of the 12 required statements including "No spitting, spouting, or bodily excretion"

13-201(k): At all times the bathroom shall be stocked with liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Observed bathroom without paper towels. Corrected on site.
13-201(c)(3): 1 lavatory with tempered water with a temp range between 70-104F. Observed sink with temperature that got slightly warmer, but not the full range.

13-202(f): Where no lifeguard on duty, signs shall be placed in a conspicuous location at or near pool entrance in letters at least 4" high, "WARNING - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY."
13-197(k): All pools shall have adequate, safe, and secure dedicated storage for pool chemicals. Observed chemicals on the floor - must be moved to a pallet/shelf off of the ground.
