13-202(m):Pool rules shall be posted in the pool area and easily readable. Rules shall contain 12 required statements. Observed no pool rules sign with required statements. Property manager informed that sign had been ordered.

13-201(k): An adequate supply of liquid body soap and paper towels shall be provided to bathers in the dressing room showers at all times. Observed no liquid body soap in dressing showers. Observed showers in need of shower curtains. No IHH at this time.

13-202(i): Pool shall have a departmentally approved EAP. Observed no EAP. Provided property manager with EAP template.

13-198(b): Ventilation of fresh air must be provided in equipment room. Observed vent system not functional.

13-189(c)(6): Pool water shall be of such clarity that main drains can be clearly visible from the deck. Pool water was not clear enough to see main drains at the time of inspection.

13-202(g): An operable telephone with 911 access shall be readily available at all times. Observed emergency phone not operable at time of inspection.

13-189(c)(1): The free chlorine residual of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of 3-10ppm at all times. Observed FCL of 12.03ppm.

13-189(c)(1): pool shall be maintained at a pH of 7.2-7.8 at all times. Observed pool with a pH of 8 at time of inspection.

13-202(d): Pool shall be provided with a shepherds hook attached to a non-telescoping pole with a minimum length of 14ft. with a blunt end. Observed shepherds hook on a telescoping and detachable pole.

13-202(d): Pool shall be provided with a coast guard approved lifesaving ring firmly attached to the rope handles and a throwing rope. Observed lifesaving ring without rope handles.

13-190(a)(7): an adequate flow meter shall be installed to accurately indicate the circulation rate. Observed flow meter not functional at the time of inspection.
