Observed low turnover rate of 140gpm (for 63,000 gallon pool the turnover rate should be at least 175gpm).

13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four (4) turnovers per day, or one turnover every six (6) hours.

Observed missing and rusted overflow/drain grates around the perimeter of the small pool.

13-188(h)(4)Deck drain grates shall be secured, yet easily removable with an appropriate tool to facilitate cleaning the drains.

Observed several deck drains missing or rusted.

CA: 13-188(h)(4)Deck drain grates shall be secured, yet easily removable with an appropriate tool to facilitate cleaning the drains.

CPO will have them replaced asap.

13-196(a)(4): Each skimmer shall have a properly designed & operating weir. Obs: CPO added 1 missing weir and fixed another.

13-189(a)(5): All pools must be kept free from sediment, dirt, or debris by frequent brushing/vacuuming. Obs: There is heavy staining throughout pool. Only light/non-stained areas are around inlets.

13-190(a) - Flowmeter should be a minimum of 175gpm for a 63000 gal pool. Observed flowmeter to be 165 gpm.
