13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of 1 turnover every 6 hours for standard pools. Turnover rate was low. Flow meter read 80 gpm instead of required 111.11 gpm.

13-188(d)(2): At the shallow portions of the pool or where depths are five feet (5') or less shall have permanent "No Diving" in minimum two inch (2") black letters with white background spaced evenly around the pool perimeter located next to depth markers within 18 inches (18") of pool wall. "No Diving" symbol can only be used in conjunction with words. No Diving tiles must be placed with 2" black letters before next pool season or no permit will be issued. No Diving was sprayed on.

13-187(c): A copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the operating permit. Certificate was locked in pump room. CPO placed it in window when advised.

13-202(m): No peak occupancy posted upon arrival. CPO wrote it in after advised.

13-202(g) An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone with direct 911 access or capability installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within pool enclosure.

Observed flow rate flowing above limit that flow meter can read. Discussed with CPO that they must obtain a larger flow meter. CPO stated that there are no flow meters designed for 2 inch piping.

Observed no baby changing stations in the men's and women's restrooms. Discussed with CPO that these changing stations must be added. CPO stated that he will contact management in regards to the changing stations.

#37 Violation: Provide baby changing station in restroom. Repeat. Provide exhaust fan in pump room.
