Observed no hand-drying provision at the handwashing sink in the kitchen. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided wit individual, disposable towels.
COS: PIC provided the hand towels.

Regulation: 511-6-1-.08(1)(h)1,2 - identification
Observed no food permit displayed. CA: The permit, or copy thereof, and the current inspection report must be displayed for public view and protected from inclement weather.
Discussed with PIC to pay the food permit fee. Once paid, display the food permit in the public view.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(a) - floor, walls, & ceilings, cleanability (c)
Observed acoustical ceiling tiles installed in restrooms.
CA: Except for antislip floor coverings or applications that may be used for safety reasons, floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
Discussed with PIC to replace the ceiling tile as soon as possible.

Observed a missing tile behind the sink in men's bathroom.
CA: All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
Discussed with PIC to fix the are where the tile is missing.

Observed dark grime on the kitchen floor behind the three compartment sink and grill. CA: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.
Discussed with PIC to clean the areas to prevent contamination of food products.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(i) - light bulbs, protective shielding (c)
Observed no protective shielding on the light fixture in the kitchen above the grill.
CA: Light bulbs shall be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food; clean equipment, utensils, and linens; or unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.
Discussed with PIC to shield the light fixture as soon as possible.
