Observed dairy syrups on counter without temperature control. Advised pic that TCS products must be stored at 41 F and below. COS. Dairy syrups were discarded. Discussed putting syrups on TPHC or ice baths.

Observed sweet cream being stored above 41 F. Advised pic that TCS items should be stored at 41 F and below. COS. Food items were relocated to freezer and cooled down to 38 F.
