Observed coleslaw stored next to raw chicken. Advised pic to store coleslaw with ready to eat foods. COS. Coleslaw relocated in walk in cooler.
6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures

Observed barria beef in walk in cooler at 55 degrees. Advised pic that tcs foods must be at 41 degrees F and below. COS. Barria beef discarded.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed dishes being washed at 3 compartment sink without use of sanitizer. Advised pic to wash dishes via "wash, rinse, sanitize" procedures. Provided dish washing handout. COS. Sanitizer set up in 3rd compartment of sink.
