Observed a handwashing sink near the ice machine with no hot water running. PIC admitted the hot water line was shut off.
CA: Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water.
COS: PIC voluntarily turned the hot water line back on. Discussed with PIC that hot water cannot be shut off and must be available at all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water.
