1 - barrier: pool enclosed/fencing in compliance
13-202(a)(1) Each public and residential pool shall be completely enclosed by effective barrier. Imminent health hazard. Observed fence with gap that allows for entry into the pool. The fence was missing a picket that caused the gap. The gap was more than 4 inches wide. Gate must be repaired immediately.
2 - self-closing / self-latching gates
13-202(a)(2) Entry into pool shall be through a self closing, self latching gate or door that has a positive latching mechanism mounted at least 45" above the ground surface. Observed broken pool gate latch. The latch was observed on the ground. The latch must be repaired or replaced. The gate is currently being locked by a bicycle chain.

Observed one ring buoy without its rope. The other ring buoy had rope that was tied around the fence. Each ring buoy should have its own rope that is available for usage. The shepherd's hook should be attached to the pool.
