Equipment and/or utensils are not being air-dried or adequately drained after cleaning and sanitizing them before using them in contact with food. Observed equipment stored on drying shelves stacked wet. Discussed with manager, After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils, equipment shall be air-dried before stacking. Equipment (pan/ lids) were rewashed and santiized and placed in drying area to properly air dry.
