13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously to obtain the minimum number of turnovers per day. Observed flow meter reading of 260 GPM. Required flow meter reading of 419 GPM for adequate turnover.

13-199(d) and 13-187(d): For pools that have a diving board or platform, a sign stating "Only one user allowed on diving board or platform at a time" shall be posted at the base of access to the diving board. Observed no signage near/on diving board or platform.

13-191(a): All valves and piping in equipment rooms shall be clearly labeled. Observed numerous valves & pipes missing labels/markings.

13-202(d): Additional sets of lifesaving equipment are required for pools longer than 50' & shall be readily available for use. Observed the second set of lifesaving equipment within gated "Kiddie Pool" area.
