13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24-hour basis to obtain a minimum of 1 turnover every 6 hours. The turnover rate was observed at 80, it should be at least 188.

13-189(c)(1) - free chlorine shall be kept between 3ppm-10ppm. Observed chlorine at 1.63 ppm and again at 1.99 ppm.

13-189(c)(1): The pool shall be maintained with a pH level between 7.2-7.8. Observed at 6.7 and again at 8.6.

13-197(a): The water should be continuously chemically treated with disinfecting agent measured by simple and accurate test. Observed leak from chemical feeder in equipment room.

13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gpm and shall be conspicuously located. Observed two flow meters, one was not located on the return line and not working properly.

13-202(m) - rules must contain at a minimum the 12 statements in the pool code. Observed signs with missing statements.

13-1191(a): All valves and piping in the equipment room shall be clearly labeled. Observed some were labeled, some were not.

13-189(c)(1): A D.P.D test shall measure the free chlorine residual. Observed expired chemicals in the CPO's test kit. 13-202(l): Each pool facility shall have a departmentally approved EAP. Observed no EAP.
