13-188(d)(2): Pool shall have permanent "NO DIVING" markers in 2 inch black letters with white background spaced evenly around pool perimeter. Observed "NO DIVING" marker lettering less than 2 inches tall.

13-202(f): Pool shall have "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY" sign conspicuously posted in letters at least 4 inches high. Observed "no lifeguard" sign in letters less than 4 inches high.

13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone with direct 911 access or capability shall be installed in a conspicuous location and readily available at all times. Observed phone with volume too low to hear 911 operator clearly. 911 operator also informed that input on their end is muted/fuzzy.

The telephone number of the pool operator, manager, and health department shall be posted at the phone. Observed missing list of numbers for pool operator, manager, and health department.

13-197(a) The pool water shall be continuously chemically treated with an approved disinfecting agent with associated approved equipment. Observed broken/out of use erosion and liquid chlorine feeders. CPO informed that hand feeding was being used as chemical control.

13-202(d): Pool shall be provided with a coast guard approved lifesaving ring firmly attached to a 1/4"-3/4" diameter throwing rope as long as 1 1/2 times pool width, or 50 feet, whichever is longer. Observed life ring without adequate throwing rope.

13-189(c)(4): Pool water shall be tested for disinfectant level and pH at least 2 times daily. Observed test book/log missing at time of inspection. Informed by manager that no system of daily checks is currently in place.

13-202(m): Safety rules and regulations must contain at minimum, the 12 statements required by pool code. Observed signage missing several required statements, provided building manager with list of required statements.

13-201(k): A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each mens and womens bathroom. Observed no diaper changing station in the bathroom.

13-201(b): A shower with tempered water maintained between 70F and 104F shall be provided at each entrance to the pool. Observed the deck shower out of order at the time of inspection.

13-187(c): The current inspection report shall be conspicuously displayed where it is easily readable by the public at all times upon entrance to the pool area. Observed blank inspection reports placed in window.

13-189(c)(1): An approved test kit to measure free chlorine residue shall be provided and used. Observed no test kit at time of inspection.

13-198(b): Ventilation of fresh make up air must be provided for all equipment rooms. Observed equipment room with no ventilation system.

13-201(k): At all times, and adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels shall be provided and accessible to users. Observed no paper towels in bathroom.

13-202(g) 911 emergency phone should be operational at all times. Phone was observed to not be working.

13-187(c)-Observed no the copy of certified pool operator wasn't available at the time of inspection. Discussed with the person in charge that a copy of the pool operator's certification shall be displayed near the operating permit.

13-202(i)- Observed no emergency action plan was available. Discussed with the person in charge that each pool facility shall have an approve emergency action plan on site for immediate access in case of an emergency.

The pool shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with a pH level between 7.2-7.8. The pH level was observed at level 8.

13-202(d): Each pool shall be provided with a Coast Guard approved lifesaving ring. It was observed that the current ring needed to be changed and the replacement that was bought was not Coast Guard approved.

13-190(a): Pumps shall be maintained in a clean condition. Pump basket was observed uncleaned.

13-191(a): All valves and piping in the equipment rooms shall be clearly labeled, water flow indicated. Observed no labeling on valves or piping.
