13-189(c)(1): chlorine shall be kept between 3ppm and 10ppm. -initially measured at 1.46. -corrected to 6.15 by end of inspection. -Low levels due to chlorinator being set too low.
13-202(c): a log of daily pH and chlorine reading should be available for inspection. -Pool company employee could not provide log -said it is stored electronically.

13-197(a) Facility has installed a Model 300-29X chlorine erosion feeder. Previously, erosion feeder was a Hayward. The water in each pool shall be continuously chemically treated with an approved disinfecting agent, with associated, approved equipment, whereby the residual can be easily measured by simple and accurate field tests.
13-181 Facility has installed a cartridge filter CCP520. Previously, facility had a sand filter. "Major Modification" includes but it is not limited to, deck surface refinishing, filter, pump or chemical feeder replacement, bathhouse floor replacement; plumbing or hydraulic alterations or similar changes that would require a permit.
