13-187(c): Operating permit shall be framed and displayed as close to the entrance as possible and easily readable by the public at all times. Observed permit kept in equipment room.

13-197(k): Storage rooms must have ventilation. Observed no ventilation in equipment room.

13-189(c)(2) Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm. Observed cyanuric acid at 107 ppm.

13-188(h)(3) Observed pool deck with broken or damaged surface structure. The CPO was informed and advised to repair. Observed pool surface peeling and major discoloration. Informed CPO to inform property manager regarding re-plastering the pool immediately to prevent abrasive surface to continue. Construction joints where pool coping meets the decks shall be watertight and shall not allow water to pass to the ground beneath.

Observed turnover rate at 7.7 hours which is more than the necessary 6 hour turnover rate.
